Our proposal is a modern residential development consisting of 15 apartments each with their own balconies and expansive views out over the Solent. The top floor consists of 2 stunning large penthouse suites with vast 180 degree view terraces.
Designed by AR Design Studio an award-winning RIBA certified contemporary architectural practice, based in Winchester, Hampshire, specialising in elegant modern new homes, extensions, renovations and multi-plot developments.
Our proposal is a modern residential development consisting of 15 apartments each with their own balconies and expansive views out over the Solent. The top floor consists of two stunning large penthouse suites with vast 180 degree view terraces.
Communal space is provided both internally and externally promoting community. The design is set back from the waterfront allowing the development to maintain expansive views of the Solent towards Hurst Castle and the marshes at Keyhaven, whilst benefiting from the introduction of a waterside garden, dock and small marina.
