Celebrating a New Milestone: Our Latest Home Achieves an EPC A Rating
We’re pleased to share that one of our recently completed homes has achieved an outstanding EPC rating of 93, placing it securely within the coveted A band.
What is an EPC rating — and why does it matter?
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) measures the energy efficiency of a home, rating it on a scale from A to G.
A represents the most efficient homes — those that are well insulated, use minimal energy to heat, and incorporate highly efficient systems.
G represents the least efficient.
An EPC doesn’t just provide a score; it reflects how much energy the home is likely to use, how costly that energy will be, and the overall environmental impact through carbon emissions. For homeowners, tenants, and the planet, higher ratings translate into lower running costs, improved comfort, and a significantly smaller carbon footprint.
Achieving an EPC A rating — particularly one as high as 93 — places this home among the very best-performing in the country.
