AR Design Studio is a dynamic and design-led architectural practice based in Winchester, Hampshire. Specialising in high-end residential projects across the UK, we are renowned for our thoughtful, contemporary architecture and commitment to excellence in design and delivery.

We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Part 3 Architect to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-quality bespoke projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist or lead on all stages of high-end residential projects

  • Produce concept designs, planning submissions, detailed construction drawings, and presentation materials

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Attend site visits and project meetings

  • Contribute to the studio's collaborative, creative environment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Part 2 qualified with strong design skills, or a recently qualified ARB-registered Architect

  • Proficient in AutoCad.

  • Excellent visual communication and presentation skills

  • Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations

  • Highly motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • A passion for modern residential design and detail
