Planning Permission
Depending on the project, we may submit a planning application or confirm that the works fall under Permitted Development.

Technical Design
Once planning is approved, we move into the technical phase.
Detailed construction drawings are produced, covering everything from structural requirements to insulation, drainage, and building regulations compliance.
This stage turns a concept into something that can actually be built.
Builder Pricing & Tendering
With detailed information prepared, builders can provide accurate quotations for the work.
This allows you to compare prices properly and select the right contractor for your project.
Building Regulations & Approvals
Before construction begins, the project must satisfy Building Regulations requirements to ensure safety, performance, and compliance.
Construction
The exciting part.
Work begins on site and your project starts becoming a reality.
Throughout construction, we can remain involved to answer questions, review progress, and help resolve any issues that arise.
Completion & Enjoying Your New Space
Once construction is complete and approvals have been signed off, it's time to move in, furnish the space, and enjoy the home you've invested in creating.
