What was once the home of the 1946 Grand National Winner ‘Lovely Cottage’, the Stables, located on the outskirts of Winchester, has now been transformed into a wonderful three bedroom home.

This dilapidated stable block has been remodelled into a refreshingly minimalist house whilst retaining key pieces of its characteristic history, such as the re-conditioned stable partitions and the painstakingly restored drinking troughs, which have been brought back to life as wash basins, located in the en-suite bathrooms.
